20+ years in IT strategy & solution architecture (enterprise and startups) - I’ve been a co-founder, CTO, tech lead, and advisor — Helped scale up and solve technology challenges at ventures like HRobots, WeImpact, and Sensid
Deep AI & Cloud Expertise: Decades of hands-on work designing AI/LLM systems, RAG frameworks, LangChain apps, and modern cloud-native architectures.
Along the way, I worked as a technology consultant, advisor or solutions architect with dozens of clients like IKEA, Raiffeisen Bank, Orange, Roche, T-System and many other clients, ABB, Omantel.
I love startups, and I love working with Founders to turn bold ideas into real, functioning AI-driven products — then scale them from a nimble operation into a business-ready company [learn more]

I am also active on Medium and Linked, writing articles and posts about AI and its impact on technology landscape and society.
I am working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cloud, and business innovation. My career has been shaped by exploring how emerging technologies can be applied not just to optimize systems, but to reimagine what’s possible in how we work, create, and build companies.
I’ve co-founded or/and advised multiple startups:
Sensid — an AI-driven data mining company, pioneering Polish-language NLP when even global players hadn’t caught up (later acquired by 4Semantic).
WeImpact — building transcription, voice AI, and human-in-the-loop data services, expanding the accessibility of AI for real-world workflows.
HRobots — applying RPA to HR automation, reducing repetitive work and freeing human capital for strategic tasks.
Before working with startups, I spent several years in enterprise world in the areas of IT architecture and consulting with PwC, IBM sharpening my ability to bridge strategic business vision with deep technical execution.
What makes me different is a way of thinking I’ve carried throughout:
Synthetic & analytical — I cut through complexity, connecting patterns others don’t see.
Innovative & visual — I can sketch systems, architectures, and solutions in ways that make them click.
Business-grounded — I don’t treat technology as an end in itself; I see it as a driver of measurable outcomes, competitive edge, and growth.
I thrive at the convergence of creativity and pragmatism. Some of my best work came not from following playbooks, but from brainstorming radical ideas and turning them into practical, scalable systems.
Today, I focus on helping companies:
Navigate the AI hype cycle with strategies that deliver real business impact.
Modernize cloud and application architectures without drowning in complexity.
Shape AI-driven products and solutions with clarity, efficiency, and foresight.
Beyond the projects, I’m deeply interested in researching the emerging technologies, technology trends that are reshaping not only business, but society itself — how they influence our institutions, work, and the very way we make decisions.
